Randy Duro has a diverse range of work experience across various industries. Randy began their career as an Administrative Assistant at ADS, where they focused on improving supply chain issues and strengthening relationships among warehouse staff.

Randy then transitioned into pharmaceutical sales, starting as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative at Alcon. In this role, they increased sales of products such as Patanol, Systane, and ICAPS through various activities like sampling and lunch and learns at Ophthalmologists' offices. Randy also enhanced teamwork by coordinating routing and weekly meetings and achieved 98% call penetration.

After that, they worked as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative at Schering-Plough, where they successfully relaunched Home Again microchips with 90% penetration in the NJ market. Randy trained distributor representatives and collaborated with them to identify sales targets and book orders.

Most recently, Randy worked as a Regional Sales Manager at RxActuator, where they were responsible for managing sales in a specific region.

Randy Duro pursued higher education in the field of Clinical Laboratory Science/Medical Technology/Technologist. From 1989 to 1991, they attended Far Eastern University, although the exact degree received is unknown.
