Andy Thomas

Andy Thomas has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as the Director of Corporate Strategy at RxBenefits, Inc. from March 2023 to the present. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President at Flint Group from February 2021 to December 2022. Andy also worked at Optum, where they held various positions including Director from September 2019 to February 2021, Associate Director of Optum Corporate Finance from April 2019 to September 2019, and Associate Director of Optum Enterprise Analytics from August 2018 to March 2019. Andy gained experience as an MBA Intern in Strategy/Product Management at Danaher Corporation from June 2017 to August 2017. Andy Thomas has a strong educational background. Andy obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Harvard Business School, where they attended from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Notre Dame from 2006 to 2011. At Notre Dame, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Mendoza College of Business with a focus on Accountancy. Andy also holds a BBA and BA with majors in Accountancy, History, and Philosophy. Additionally, Andy Thomas has obtained certifications as a Certified Public Accountant from both the Kansas Board of Accountancy in July 2022 and the Minnesota Board of Accountancy in September 2012.
