Christopher Coker has a diverse work experience. Christopher started their career as an engineering assistant at ALDOT in January 2016, where they provided support for road and bridge projects. During their time there, they coordinated with foremen and utilities crews and implemented performance review and analysis through daily reporting practices. In April 2019, Christopher joined RxBenefits, Inc. as a Help Desk Analyst. Christopher was later promoted to Help Desk Analyst II and then to Production Support Analyst II. In their roles at RxBenefits, Christopher was responsible for various tasks such as transposing information system data, managing user accounts, resolving technical issues, deploying software releases, and providing support for network, hardware, and office equipment. Christopher'sexpertise in these areas contributed to increased efficiency and the development of a comprehensive knowledge base.

Christopher Coker obtained an Associate's degree in Computer Science from Jefferson State Community College, completing their education from 2019 to 2021. In October 2021, they also obtained the CompTIA Security+ certification through Pearson VUE.
