Cj Burchfield

CJ Burchfield has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Starting in 2012, CJ worked as a Manager at Byron's Jewelry Pawn until July 2013. From September 2013 to February 2015, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at Quik Pawn Shop. CJ then moved into the IT field, joining EPL, Inc. as an ITS Help Desk technician in February 2015 and staying until July 2018. In July 2018, they transitioned to Jack Henry & Associates as a Technical Support Specialist, a position they held until June 2021. Currently, CJ is employed at RxBenefits, Inc. where they started as a Help Desk Analyst in February 2021 and later transitioned to their current role as an IT Shared Services Administrator I in February 2022.

CJ Burchfield received an Associate of Science degree in Technology from Herzing University from 2008 to 2010. Additionally, CJ has obtained several certifications, including an Atlassian Certified Jira Service Project Manager certification from Atlassian in January 2023, a Beginner's Guide to Agile in Jira Badge from Atlassian in September 2022, and an MCSA Windows Server 2012 R2 certification from Pearson VUE.
