Craig K. Byrnes

Craig Byrnes is a member of the RxBenefits Board of Directors and is responsible for originating and evaluating investments in the internet, software, healthcare, and technology services sectors at Great Hill Partners. His experience includes executing transactions, derivative trading, and working with existing portfolio companies in the technology and business services sectors. Craig earned a degree in economics and psychology from Duke University and an MBA with Distinction from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern. He is also a CFA charterholder.
