Kim Pitts

Kim Pitts has extensive experience in various roles within the IT and business domains, currently serving as a Scrum Master and Product Owner for the Business Intelligence team at RxBenefits, Inc. since September 2019. Prior to this, Kim held multiple positions at ProAssurance, including Underwriting Operations Supervisor and Product Owner, overseeing teams to enhance business processes. Kim’s career also includes significant roles at SunGard, where responsibilities encompassed client support and business analysis, and at Xcitek Solutions Plus, where management of the Software Configuration Group was paramount. Early career roles involved project coordination at Health Services Foundation/UAB, technical support at UAB, and systems specialist responsibilities at Viva Health. Kim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from Auburn University.
