Kristi Savacool

Kristi Savacool is the Chief Executive Officer for Private Health Management and serves on its Board of Directors. She has more than 30 years of executive leadership experience in the health, professional services, and technology industries.

Previously, she served as CEO of Aon Hewitt, the global human resources solutions business of Aon plc. Under her leadership, the firm served 20,000 clients globally, delivering innovations including the industry’s largest private health exchange solution. Prior to that, Ms. Savacool held several senior executive positions at The Boeing Company, including as Chief Information Officer for Commercial Airplanes, Operations, and Business Services.

Kristi is currently a corporate director for several public and private companies. Bringing significant board and industry leadership experience, she currently serves as a director for global workforce solutions company, TrueBlue, Inc., Ascension Health System, Inc., the 2nd largest health system in the US, Springbuk, a health analytics software solution company, and RxBenefits, a technology-enabled pharmacy benefits optimizer. Kristi also serves as a member of HealthQuest Capital’s Board of Advisors, focused on fundamentally and dynamically improving the healthcare industry.

She holds a master of science degree in Industrial Management from SKEMA Business School in France.
