Lisa Smith

Lisa Smith has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Lisa most recently worked at RxBenefits, Inc. as the Senior Director of Revenue Operations and previously as a Special Projects Consultant in Commercial Excellence Operations. Prior to that, Lisa was the Head Of Sales Operations at Hazel Health, Inc. and the Director of Sales Operations at KeepTruckin. Lisa also held positions as the Director of Global Sales Operations at Digital Reasoning and Director of Sales Operations at AHEAD. Before moving into sales operations, Lisa worked as an Inside Sales Coordinator at Data Blue, LLC and as a Life Insurance Underwriting Coordinator at TPG Financial. Lisa began their career as an Account Executive at Resource Communications Group and a Research Assistant at Vanderbilt University.

Lisa Smith obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from East Tennessee State University from 2002 to 2005. Lisa then pursued a Masters degree in Education from Vanderbilt University, which they completed from 2005 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, Lisa obtained a certification in "Communicating Data Through Storytelling" from MIT Sloan School of Management in October 2022.
