Perri Campbell

Perri Campbell has over 20 years of experience in account management and client services. Perri began their career at CNA Unisource in 1998 as an Account Service Manager, where they served as a liaison between the company, business owners, and employees to administer various payroll and benefit programs. Perri then joined Strategic Outsourcing, Inc. in 2002 as a Client Services Manager, handling COBRA benefits, HIPAA regulations, and Flexible Spending Account administration for over 50 client accounts. In 2006, Perri joined CONEXIS, where they held multiple roles, including FSA Account Manager and FSA Implementation Project Manager. Their responsibilities included managing client accounts and providing leadership to ensure customer satisfaction. In 2012, Perri joined CVS Health as a Health Plan Account Manager, handling three separate health plan accounts and managing pharmacy claim discrepancies. Most recently, Perri has been working at RxBenefits, Inc. since 2017. Perri started as an Account Manager and was promoted to Senior Account Manager in February 2022. Throughout their career, Perri has demonstrated strong relationship management skills and a focus on client satisfaction.
