Tricia Center has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Tricia is currently employed as an Account Manager at RxBenefits, Inc. since July 2021. Prior to this, Tricia worked at The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society as a Campaign Development Manager for Students of the Year from July 2018 to August 2021, and as a Campaign Manager for Student Series from June 2017 to July 2018.

Tricia has previously worked at RxBenefits, Inc. in multiple roles. Tricia started as an Account Management Analyst in April 2013 and worked until July 2015. During their time in this role, they developed reporting and financial analysis portfolios for clients and managed various processes. Tricia then transitioned to an Account Manager position in July 2015 and stayed until March 2016. In this role, they collaborated with the Strategic Account Manager and represented RxBenefits at client meetings, contributing to a high retention rate. Tricia also held the position of Marketing Associate from March 2016 to June 2017, where they worked closely with the marketing team to execute company strategies and create collateral materials. Lastly, Tricia served as a Senior Marketing Associate from March 2017 to June 2017 at RxBenefits, where they played a significant role in implementing a client review process and creating marketing materials.

Furthermore, Tricia has experience as the Manager of Client Services at Main Street Checks from April 2012 to November 2012. During their tenure, they managed two divisions and contributed to the adoption of new operating procedures for smoother client onboarding. Earlier in their career, Tricia worked at the Education Corporation of America. Tricia served as an Associate Director of Financial Planning from March 2011 to March 2012, leading teams in securing funding for students and implementing efficient department processes. Tricia also worked as a Quality Assurance Analyst from August 2009 to March 2011, where they conducted audits and implemented improvements to call center metrics.

Tricia Center completed their undergraduate education from 2002 to 2006 at Troy University. Tricia obtained a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations/Print Journalism during this time.
