Shavon Singh

Shavon Singh has a wealth of work experience in the field of pharmacovigilance. Shavon began their career in 2003 as a Pharmacist Intern at Fairview Southdale Hosptial, where they worked decentralized on patient floors, assisted pharmacists, physicians, and other health professionals in a variety of tasks, and managed and maintained PYXIS medication systems throughout the hospital. In 2007, they took on the role of Drug Safety Specialist and Medical Information Specialist at Upsher-Smith Laboratories and Dispensing Pharmacist at PrairieStone Pharmacy, where they counseled patients on safe and effective drug therapies, managed the efficiency and integrity of pharmacy operations, and analyzed and advised patients on various clinical applications of medication therapy. From 2016 to 2017, they worked at Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals as a Senior Clincal Operations Specialist, and then at ProPharma Group as a Principal Clinical Pharmacovigilance Safety Specialist, Senior Clinical Safety Specialist, and Pharmacovigilance Specialist. In 2020, they assumed the role of Manager, Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance Scientist at Odonate Therapeutics\u2122, and in 2021 they became Manager, Pharmacovigilance Operations at Deciphera Pharmaceuticals. Most recently, in 2022, they began working as Pharmacy Service Manager at RxE2.

Shavon Singh attended Minnesota State University, Mankato from 1998 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Micorbiology/Chemistry. Shavon then attended the University of Minnesota-College of Pharmacy from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) in Pharmacy.
