Currently serving as Senior Quality Manager at RxLogix since February 2022, Sumona drives the organization's ISO certifications for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 27001, while managing non-conformances from audits to ensure high-quality service delivery. Prior to this role, Sumona worked at Fiserv from October 2011 to January 2022 as a Senior Manager in Business Process Management, spearheading CMMI SVC L3 certification and implementing process performance models. Sumona's earlier experience includes roles at CSC and IBM Daksh, where foundational skills in quality and executive functions were developed.
