Tom Collinson

Tom Collinson is currently serving as the EVP of Business Development at RXNT, a company that provides electronic health record, electronic prescribing, and practice management solutions for healthcare providers. Prior to this role, Tom was a partner at Merrill, Cruttenden & Collinson, P.A. where Tom specialized in corporate and business transactions, estates & trusts planning and administration, and intellectual property. With previous experience as a CFO, Director of Finance, Controller, and Accountant in various organizations, Tom has a strong background in finance and investments. Tom holds a J.D. from UDC David A. Clarke School of Law and a BS in Business Administration from Frostburg State University.
