Chad Bell

Chad Bell is an experienced operations executive with a robust background in transportation and logistics. Currently serving as Branch President and Senior Director of Operations at RXO since June 2017, Chad has successfully led branch growth to over $100 million within five years. Previously, as Chief Executive Officer of C&R Hunting, Chad specialized in integrated supply chain logistics and truckload transportation solutions. Additionally, Chad held the role of Executive Vice President of Operations at Champagne Logistics, overseeing operations across 44 terminals and managing key performance indicators above 99.98%. Earlier roles include General Manager and Vice President of Operations at Valley Transportation Group and service as a Sergeant in the US Army. Chad possesses a foundation in logistics from both Christian Heritage College and Western Iowa Tech Community College.
