Haley McBride possesses a strong background in customer service and leadership, with experience as a Carrier Procurement Representative at RXO since June 2022. Prior to this role, Haley worked at Alpine Chocolat Haus from September 2015 to June 2022, where responsibilities included cash register operations, customer service, inventory management, and employee training. Additionally, a Digital Marketing Intern position at Easy Event Planning was held from May to August 2021. As President of the Lambda Pi Eta Communication Honor Society from September 2020 to May 2021, Haley promoted academic excellence and contributed to the society's strategic planning.
