Justin Lynch is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in carrier management, procurement, and board governance. Currently serving as the Manager of Carrier Management at RXO since August 2019, Justin oversees the development of carrier scorecards and leads business reviews to enhance performance metrics. Prior to this role, Justin worked as a Senior Analyst in Procurement, supporting the negotiation of truckload and less than truckload agreements. As President of the Board of Trustees at the Carol Stream Public Library since May 2021, Justin has been re-elected twice, demonstrating strong community engagement and leadership. Previous roles include Business Development Analyst at HAUListic LLC, Continuous Improvement Analyst at Hub Group, and Financial Administrator at The University of Chicago, among others.
