Luke Tichy

Luke Tichy currently serves as a Business Development Manager at RXO, Inc., starting in September 2024. Prior to this role, Tichy gained extensive experience at Target, serving as a Guest Service Assistant from October 2009 to August 2012, where responsibilities included providing guest service and various logistical tasks. Tichy then worked as a Freight Consultant at Access America Transport from August 2012 to March 2014, coordinating shipments between customers and carriers. At Coyote Logistics, from March 2016 to February 2022, Tichy held several positions, including LTL Operations Coordinator, Business Development Manager, LTL Operations Lead, and National Account Manager, contributing to the growth of one of the fastest-growing logistics companies in the U.S. Tichy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Bemidji State University, awarded in 2012.
