Matt Davis currently serves as the Director of Operations at RXO, Inc., a position held since September 2024. Prior to this role, Matt held various leadership positions over more than a decade at Coyote Logistics, advancing from Project Manager to Senior Manager of UPS Operations and ultimately to Director of Operations. Earlier professional experience includes a role as Project Coordinator at Cormark Inc. and an internship in Stadium Operations with the Southern Maryland Blue Crabs. Matt earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Beloit College, graduating in 2010.
