Benton Barney

Chief Strategy Officer (cso) at RxRevu

Benton oversees strategic partnerships, channel sales, business development and marketing for RxRevu, which entails working closely with EHR and other HIT vendors, content and decision support companies and manufacturers.

Benton brings nearly 20 years of healthcare IT growth and leadership experience to RxRevu. He has been at the forefront of the integrated decision support and interoperability markets for many years and brings a passion for provider workflow enhancement and value creation to our leadership team. Benton has led partnership, alliance and business development efforts for several notable healthcare technical solutions organizations, including MICROMEDEX (acquired by IBM), Epocrates (acquired by athenahealth) and Health Language (acquired by Wolters Kluwer Health).

Benton has a Bachelor of Arts from Oregon State University. When not working to improve healthcare, he spends his time enjoying the Colorado outdoors with his wife and daughter. He resides outside of Denver.
