Benjamin R. Preston

Benjamin R. Preston has extensive work experience in corporate development and legal counsel roles. Currently, they are the EVP of Corporate Development and General Counsel at RxSense. Prior to this, they served as the Deputy General Counsel at Newell Brands Inc., overseeing legal matters for various global supply chain and entrepreneurial businesses. Benjamin also held key positions as the Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary at Catalyst Health Solutions, Inc., and the Senior Vice President, General Counsel at RCN Corporation. Benjamin R. started their career as an Associate at various law firms, including Sidley Austin LLP, Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati, and Hutchins Wheeler & Dittmar. Overall, Benjamin has demonstrated expertise in corporate legal matters, executive succession, and successful business transactions.

Benjamin R. Preston obtained a BA degree in History/Political Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 1989-1993. Benjamin R. later pursued an MBA in Corporate/M&A and a JD in Corporate/M&A simultaneously at the Georgetown University McDonough School of Business and Georgetown University Law Center from 1993-1997.
