Ali Salo

Ali Salo is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in ophthalmic sales and management. Currently serving as the Regional Business Director for the East Region at RxSight, Inc. since February 2022, Ali has a proven track record in driving sales and launching innovative products. Prior roles include Regional Sales Director at Ivantis, Inc., where the focus was on the Hydrus microstent for glaucoma patients, and District Business Manager at Johnson & Johnson, overseeing surgical sales for the Tecnis portfolio. Additional experience includes strategic positions at ReVision Optics, Inc., Bausch + Lomb, Brighter Bay, LLC, and Allergan, achieving multiple sales accolades and recognition for performance excellence. Ali holds a BA in Speech Communications from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
