Kim Arakaki

Kim Arakaki has extensive experience in customer experience and commercial operations, currently serving as Associate Director of Commercial Operations at RxSight, Inc. since July 2018. Prior roles at RxSight included Senior Manager, Global Customer Experience, and Manager, Customer Experience. Prior to this, Kim worked at NuVasive as a Customer Service Representative and at Specialty Silicone Fabricators as a Customer Service - Production Coordinator. Early in the career, Kim held roles at Ossur as both Marketing Coordinator and Customer Service Representative. Kim holds an Associate’s Degree in Merchandising & Marketing from FIDM, earned between 2004 and 2006.
