Customer Support Supervisor at RxVantage

Will McKinley has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries. Will started their career at PCM as an Education Account Executive, where they focused on inside sales of IT products and services to the Government and Education market. Will then joined Marclin Group as a Director of Business Development, responsible for cold-calling and warm lead follow up to develop new and existing clients. Following this, they worked at Forest Lawn Memorial Park as a Regional Sales Manager, selling Pre-Need Memorial Property and mentoring new sales staff. Will also gained experience in the entertainment industry as a Writer for the TMI Hollywood Show.

In 2008, they joined LandRoller, Inc. as a Customer Service/Operations Manager, where they managed all customer service issues, provided support using Zendesk, and handled tech support for the company's ecommerce site. Will later worked at Popcornopolis as a Customer Service Manager, managing the customer service staff and creating activity metrics reports.

Will then transitioned to Draftster.com as a Customer Support representative, before joining Clutter as Sales/Customer Service/Concierge. At Clutter, they were involved in sales of full-service storage services through various channels. Will then joined Spectrum as an Inbound Sales Specialist, where they handled sales and customer care for new and existing customers, received training on products and technology, and handled billing.

Most recently, Will has been working at RxVantage as a Customer Support Supervisor, providing supervision and support to the customer support team.

Will McKinley attended El Camino College from 1986 to 1988, where they earned an Associate's degree in Business and AS Business.
