Jon Bennett

Jon Bennett has a strong background in talent acquisition and recruitment. Jon is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Retinue, where they focus on providing end-to-end talent and resourcing strategies for clients. Prior to this, Jon was the CEO at Ryalto, where they developed a widely used Communications, Engagement, and Flexible Shift Booking app.

Jon has also held positions such as Managing Director at Resource Solutions, overseeing a global RPO and MSP partnership at Barclays, and Managing Director of the healthcare division at Brookson Group. Jon has a history with Capita, where they served as the Chief Operating Officer for a large, outsourced recruitment contract and held the position of Director of Internal Resourcing for the Capita Group.

Additionally, Jon has experience as a Senior Vice President at Cielo Talent, where they launched the company in the MENA region and delivered Recruitment Process Outsourcing services. Jon was also a co-founder of Retinue, where they secured investment and played a key role in running the Sales, Marketing, and Implementations teams.

Jon began their career at Hays, where they held roles as Head of Implementation and Recruitment Consultant. Prior to that, they worked as the Deputy Managing Director at ETS plc. Overall, Jon's work experience showcases their expertise in talent acquisition, recruitment strategy, and leading teams in the industry.

Jon Bennett attended the University of Reading from 1997 to 2000. Jon obtained a 2:1 degree in Human and Physical Geography. In 2005, they furthered their education at the University of Reading and earned a certification as a PRINCE2 Practitioner in Project Management.
