Gregg Urban

Gregg Urban is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in the pulp and paper industry. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources for the Pulp and Paper Division at Clearwater Paper Corporation since November 2015, Gregg previously held senior HR roles at Rayonier Advanced Materials, where responsibilities included labor relations and HR transactional efficiency. With earlier experience as a Human Resources Manager at Rayonier and a Plant Manager at Rayonier Wood Products, Gregg has developed a strong background in talent management and organizational effectiveness. Gregg's career began at Scott Paper Company as a Safety Manager, and the educational foundation includes a B.S. in Forest Management from Stephen F. Austin State University.
