Justin Polayes

Justin Polayes currently serves as the Director of Stations at Ryan Air, Inc., overseeing eight stations in Alaska and managing 50 million pounds of annual freight since June 2023. As the Owner of Summit Military Consulting since September 2020, Justin Polayes previously held the position of Station Manager for Ryan Air Alaska from August 2021 to June 2023, where responsibilities included serving as a contract agent for Northern Air Cargo and Everts Air Cargo. With a prior military career in the United States Air Force from November 2011 to August 2020, Justin Polayes excelled as a Special Agent, leading counterintelligence operations for senior government officials, and as a Special Mission Aviator, conducting critical rescue operations. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Military Strategic Studies from Norwich University and a Bachelor's degree in Natural Resource Recreation and Tourism from Lyndon State College.
