Garrett Stearns

Garrett Stearns is an experienced Estimator and Project Manager with a diverse background in construction and estimating roles. Currently serving as an Estimator/Contract Administrator at Ryan Incorporated Central since August 2024, Garrett has held senior estimator positions at William Charles Construction Company, LLC and Ragnar Benson Construction, LLC from January 2017 to August 2024. Previous experience includes project management and estimation roles at Schwartz Excavating, Inc., DeNovo Constructors, Michels Foundations, Gordon Contractors, Albin Carlson & Co, Vegter Excavating, and Neri Contractors & Excavators, Inc. Garrett has expertise in mass earthwork projects, USACE bid processes, and software management, with a proven track record of leading estimating efforts, managing budgets, and enhancing client relationships. Education includes attendance at Bradley University from 1985 to 1987.
