Kelli Hardge

Kelli Hardge is a seasoned accounting and project management professional with extensive experience in the construction sector. Currently serving as a Project Accountant with Ryan Companies US, Inc. since May 2021, Kelli has held various roles including Sr. Project Coordinator and Project Coordinator. Previous experience includes a Project Coordinator position at LJ Cross Plumbing and multiple roles at LCPtracker, Inc., where Kelli implemented software solutions for over 100 clients and served as a subject matter expert in HUD, DOT, and federal projects. Kelli also worked at Clark Construction as a Project Administrator, managing administrative duties, budgets, and reporting. Additional experience includes an Executive Assistant position at Factory Mattress Sales and a coaching role at Del Valle High School. Kelli holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Western Governors University and has a background in education from Texas A&M University and San Marcos High School.
