Kalyani-Aindri Sanchez is an experienced professional specializing in diversity and inclusion, health education, and HIV prevention. Currently serving as the Diversity and Inclusion Program Manager at Ryan Health since November 2016, Kalyani-Aindri develops policies aimed at fostering workplace diversity and training HR staff and hiring managers on inclusive practices. Previously, Kalyani-Aindri held various roles, including Director at GMHC, overseeing recruitment and testing operations for HIV prevention, and served as an Education Specialist at The Hetrick-Martin Institute, providing job readiness and HIV education for youth. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies and an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Southern New Hampshire University.

Ryan Community Health Network), is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) based in Manhattan that has been providing high-quality, comprehensive and affordable primary and specialty care to New York’s diverse and underserved communities since 1967.
