Rashanna Lynch, MD, FAAFP has a diverse and extensive work experience in the medical field. Rashanna began their career as a Family Medicine Resident at UMDNJ-NJMS from July 2007 to June 2010. Following this, they worked as a Family Physician at Metropolitan Family Health Network, Inc. from July 2010 to January 2014. Rashanna then joined Ryan Health, where they served in various roles, starting as a Family Physician from February 2014 to August 2016. Rashanna later became an Associate Medical Director from August 2016 to July 2020, followed by a promotion to Medical Director from July 2020 to February 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Medical Officer at Ryan Health since February 2022 and is also serving as the Interim President and CEO from September 2023 onwards.

Rashanna Lynch, MD, FAAFP has a diverse education history. Rashanna completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, General at the University of Maryland. Rashanna then pursued their Doctor of Medicine degree at the Medical University of the Americas. Currently, they are working towards a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Health/Health Care Administration/Management at the State University of New York at Oswego. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications in areas such as Power BI: Dashboards for Beginners, Becoming an Impactful and Influential Leader, and Excel Data Visualization: Mastering 20+ Charts and Graphs from LinkedIn.
