Scott Morgan has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Scott started their career at the University of Miami School of Medicine as a Computer Specialist, where they developed software systems and conducted research on cancer diagnosis. Scott then moved on to Family Health Systems, a multi-product HMO, where they held various positions including Controller/Director of Statewide Operations and Director of MIS and Finance. Next, Morgan joined Harmony Health Plan as a Chief Financial Officer, overseeing the development and operations of the HMO. Scott later worked as the Director of Financial Support at Birch & Davis Health Management Corporation. Morgan then served as the Chief Financial Officer at Neighborhood Health Services Corporation, where they managed the financial aspects of a federally qualified health center. Scott continued their career at RSM McGladrey and CohnReznick LLP as a Director, specializing in healthcare consulting services. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Financial Officer at Ryan Health. Morgan's expertise lies in financial management, regulatory compliance, and healthcare consulting.
Scott Morgan has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Miami Herbert Business School, which they obtained from 1991 to 1993. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Microbiology & Immunology from the University of Miami from 1982 to 1986.
