Shawn Sheffler

Shawn Sheffler is the Director of Training with Ryan Lawn and Tree and helps unleash productivity by connecting training to business results.

Shawn has more than 30 years of experience in Learning and Development and Training Leadership. He holds a Master of Communications Degree from the University of Kansas. Shawn believes that the act of learning and then sharing is the way we all move forward as an organization, culture, and human race.
