Hollie Degutis

Hollie Degutis has over 20 years of work experience in various marketing and administration roles. Hollie is currently the Director of Marketing at Ryan Specialty since September 2020. Prior to that, they worked at All Risks, Ltd for 18 years, starting as a Marketing Manager in July 2002 and later becoming an Assistant Vice President - Corporate Marketing in December 2015. At All Risks, they were responsible for implementing marketing campaigns, developing marketing collateral, and utilizing various marketing platforms to promote the company and its insurance products. Before joining All Risks, Ltd, Hollie worked at United Concordia Dental as a Membership Administrator from April 2001 to July 2002, and at TrueCare Medical Group as a Medical Billing specialist from May 2000 to April 2001.

Hollie Degutis earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Chowan University in the years 1996-2000. In addition, they have obtained a certification in Preventing Workplace Harassment from Emtrain.
