Previously, Joe held roles as Senior Marketing & Communications Analyst and Marketing Analyst at Ryan Specialty, where responsibilities included corporate communications, managing award-winning campaigns, and supporting the firm's significant growth. Prior experience includes serving as Marketing Director at Forest Agency Insurance and freelance acting, showcasing a diverse skill set that spans strategic marketing planning to creative performance. Joe holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Theatre and History from Grinnell College.
