Kirk Behrens

Kirk Behrens is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations, technology, and analytics within the insurance industry. Currently serving as EVP, Head of Operations, Technology & Analytics, and Chief Operating Officer of Benefits at Ryan Specialty since July 2021, Kirk previously held significant leadership roles at Aon from May 2014 to July 2021, including Chief Information Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Health Solutions. Earlier in Kirk's career at Marsh, from November 2011 to April 2014, key positions included Chief Operating Officer, Sales & Multinational, and Managing Director, Head of Strategy. Kirk Behrens holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Iowa.
