Larry Giuffre

Larry Giuffre has had a diverse work experience. Larry is currently working as the Director of Operations at Ryan Specialty since November 2018. Prior to that, they had a long career at AIG, starting in 1988. At AIG, they held various roles including Project Manager - Corporate Communications from March 2014 to July 2018, Project Manager from December 1988 to July 2018, Project Manager - Reinsurance Division from August 2011 to March 2014, and Service Delivery Director - AIG Property and Casualty Insurance from September 2006 to August 2011. In these roles, they demonstrated their expertise in project management, business requirements gathering, cross-functional collaboration, risk assessment, and staff management.
