Michelle Collins

Michelle Collins is a Director on the Board and serves on the Audit Committee.

Currently, Ms. Collins is President of Cambium LLC, a consulting firm where she has held this position since 2007. Ms. Collins was co-founder of Svoboda Capital Partners, LLC, and served as Managing Director from 1998 to 2006. Prior to those roles, Ms. Collins was a principal in the corporate finance department at William Blair & Company, LLC.

Ms. Collins has previously been a member of the mutual fund boards of Columbia Acorn and Wanger Advisors Trust and the following public companies: PrivateBancorp, Inc., Integrys Energy Group, Inc., Molex, Inc., Bucyrus International, CDW Corporation, Coldwater Creek, Inc. and McWhorter Technologies, Inc. Since 2014, Ms. Collins has served on the board of Ulta Beauty, Inc. Other boards that Ms. Collins serves on are Health Care Service Corporation since 2013, as well as on the board of Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce and CIBC Bancorp USA/CIBC Bank U.S. since 2017.

Ms. Collins earned a Bachelor of Arts from Yale University and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
