Alistair Shaw

Alistair Shaw is a highly experienced tax professional currently serving as the Principal and Practice Leader for Europe & Asia Pacific International Corporate Tax at Ryan since October 2025. Prior to this role, Alistair worked as a Partner at S&W and Evelyn Partners from January 2017 to October 2025, providing a wide range of tax advisory and compliance services to both UK and multinational organizations. Alistair began the career as a Tax Consultant at PwC and later progressed to Tax Director at EY, where significant responsibilities included tax advisory, compliance, and audit services for diverse clients. Earlier experience includes positions as Product Control Accountant at Lehman Brothers and Audit Supervisor at Menzies LLP. Alistair is an ICAEW chartered accountant and holds a BSc (Hons) in Business Management from the University of East Anglia.
