André S. Klemsdal is a highly commercial and results-driven leader with extensive experience in business development and growth. They established Qvalia in Norway, transforming it into a market leader and earning a Gaselle award for fastest revenue growth in 2016. They previously served as an Investment Broker at Verdispar Securities ASA and as a Key Account Manager at Adra. Currently, André holds the position of Senior Director for Nordic Countries at Ryan, a global tax services provider, where they lead operations and strategy in the region. André earned a Bachelor with Honours in Business from Glasgow Caledonian University.
