Andres E. Vengoechea serves as the Director of Commercial Property Tax at Ryan, leading efforts across most of Florida. Previously, they held the position of Director Florida Market Leader at Paradigm Tax Group from 2017 to 2023 and worked as a Commercial/Residential Real Estate Consultant at Armada Appraisal & Consulting from 2002 to 2023. Their experience also includes roles at Santander Bank and Miami-Dade County, where they focused on commercial real estate appraisal and assessment negotiation. Currently, Andres is pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing at Savannah State University.
