Andrew Phillips

Andrew Phillips is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, and partnership management. Currently serving as the Director of Corporate Development at Ryan since August 2022, Andrew previously held various leadership roles at AT&T from June 2015 to August 2022, including Director of Gaming Ecosystem & Partnership Development and Associate Director of Corporate Development. Andrew’s early career includes positions as a Financial Analyst Intern and as a leader in the United States Marine Corps, where responsibilities included team leadership and amphibious operations. Andrew holds an M.B.A. in Finance & Accounting from SMU Cox School of Business and dual B.S. degrees in Accounting and Finance from Oklahoma State University and The University of Texas at Dallas, respectively.
