Andrew Vecera

Andrew Vecera is a Director of Advocacy Services with a focus on tax law and is a member of the Texas Bar. They obtained a B.A. in Political Science and Japanese from Texas Christian University and a J.D. from American University Washington College of Law. Andrew has held significant legal roles, including Assistant General Counsel at Ryan from 2019 to 2023 and various positions within the U.S. House of Representatives, where they served as Counsel and Staff Director for the Subcommittee on Energy and Mineral Resources. They have also gained experience as a Legal Clerk at XTO Energy and as a Legal Intern with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
