Barb Bidan

Barb Bidan currently serves as the Interim Chief People Officer at Ryan since September 2025. Prior experience includes serving as an Independent Director on the Board of Directors for Communitech Outposts from October 2022 to October 2025 and as Chief People Experience Officer at Crunchyroll, where responsibilities were expanded in 2023 to include IT and Security along with HR and other areas during a period of rapid international growth. Barb held the position of Chief People Officer at Boom Supersonic from March 2021 to June 2022, and previously worked at Peloton Interactive as Senior Vice President of Global Talent from March 2020 to April 2021, overseeing various aspects of talent management and team member experience. Barb Bidan earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Waterloo and an MBA from The University of Texas at Dallas.
