Beth Jacob

Beth Jacob, AIA, LEED AP, is a senior manager at Ryan LLC in Chicago, specializing in historic tax credits with over 25 years of experience in architecture, historic preservation, and planning. With a focus on federal and state historic preservation tax credits, their work has supported numerous successful rehabilitation projects for various clients. Beth previously held positions at Greene and Proppe Design and MacRostie Historic Advisors, among others, and has contributed to academia as an adjunct lecturer at Tulane School of Architecture. They hold a Master of Preservation Studies from Tulane University and degrees in Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley and Human Development and Social Policy from Northwestern University.
