Beth Jacob

Beth Jacob, AIA, LEED AP, is an accomplished architect and historic preservation consultant with extensive experience in project management and design. Professional background includes roles as Project Architect at Greene and Proppe Design, Inc., Associate at Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP, and Senior Associate at MacRostie Historic Advisors LLC. Jacob has contributed to notable projects such as the Chicago 2016 Olympic Master Plan and the Chicago Riverwalk Planning Study. Education includes a Master of Preservation Studies from Tulane University and an MArch in Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley. Current position is Senior Manager of Historic Tax Credits at Ryan, focusing on maximizing tax benefits for historical rehabilitation projects. Jacob has also served as an adjunct lecturer and is involved with the Historic District Landmarks Commission.
