Beth Lattin

Beth Lattin, MSERE, CMI, is a Senior Manager at Ryan specializing in property tax for Kansas and Missouri. They previously served as a Manager and Senior Consultant at Ryan and held positions as a State and Local Tax Senior and Supervisor at MarksNelson LLC. Beth started their career as a Residential Appraiser and later as a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser with the Johnson County, KS Government. They earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and are currently pursuing a Master of Science in Real Estate at the same institution.
