Bill Gibbs

Bill Gibbs is an AACI designated member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada and a Tax Consultant specializing in retail and dealership properties. They are currently pursuing their AMAA designation through the Alberta Assessors Association while working as a Senior Manager in Complex Property Tax at Ryan. Previously, Bill served as an Assessor for the City of Calgary and held positions as an AIC Candidate Appraiser with Pacific Rim Appraisals Ltd. and a Senior Operations Analyst at The Citco Group of Companies. Bill enjoys skiing, jogging, and cycling, and has a keen interest in Canadian economics and real estate market trends.
