Carla Perrotta serves as Associate General Counsel for Tech Transactions at Ryan since December 2025, with a focus on leading legal matters for Tax.com. Prior to this role, Carla held the position of Deputy General Counsel at Motional from July 2020 to December 2025 and was Senior Counsel for Global Contracting at RTX from June 2016 to July 2020. Carla's experience includes serving as legal counsel for Global Information Technology and Global Purchasing and Supply Chain at General Motors from July 2011 to June 2016, and as an Associate Attorney specializing in Information Technology and Intellectual Property at Miller Canfield from January 2005 to July 2011. Earlier, Carla worked as a Legal Intern and Attorney at Cincom Systems from May 2002 to December 2004, and as a language instructor at Berlitz from 1998 to 2001. Carla Perrotta earned a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from The University of Toledo College of Law (2001-2004) and a Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, in International Affairs from the University of Cincinnati (1998-2001).
