Clayton Olson is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in property assessment, having previously worked at BC Assessment in various roles, including Acting Deputy Assessor. Currently serving as the Director of Property Tax at Ryan, Clayton utilizes expertise in negotiations and valuation to guide clients through the complexities of the BC property tax system. As President of the Real Estate Institute of BC and a recognized expert witness, Clayton is dedicated to providing strategic insights and effective solutions for property owners and stakeholders. Clayton holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Thompson Rivers University and a Post Graduate Certificate in Property Valuation from The University of British Columbia.
