Colin Webster

Colin Webster is a Property Taxation Specialist and Referee Coach for the PGMOL Select Group. They served as a National Specialist at the Valuation Office Agency from 1995 to 2014, and held various positions at Altus Group UK, including Associate Director, Rating Director, and Senior Director. Currently, Colin is a Referee Coach Select Group 2 with PGMOL and a Senior Director at Ryan, roles they began in 2023 and 2025, respectively. Colin completed their education at the University of Reading from 1992 to 1995.
