Adam Winter, MBA, GAICD, is a business advisor and specialist in R&D tax incentives, focusing on driving strategic and operationally aligned innovation for SMEs and high-growth companies. They started their career in Big Four consulting and have since held senior roles at KPMG Australia and EY, as well as founded Highgate Consulting. Currently, Adam partners with C-suites, founders, and development teams to enhance business strategies and R&D programs, while managing tax incentive eligibility and submissions. Their educational background includes an MBA from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Bath.
